Do you offer refunds for sample library orders?

We can issue a refund (or partial refund) only on wrong purchases, for example, if you buy the same instrument twice, or if there is a sale ongoing and you forget to put the coupon code inside the shopping cart. We can’t issue a refund if you don’t own the full version of the required program(s) for the sample library or patch bank you purchased.
